IBEX is amazing! HIGHLY recommend! We have rental properties that were covered by OTHER home warranty companies and found the whole home warranty process frustrating and a waste of money.
Then we found IBEX. They are amazing, responsive, kind to deal with, and very helpful! Last Saturday we had an A/C problem. I clicked on their online request for repair and within 5 minutes I heard from them. Literally minutes later the A/C repair gentleman (Zee) responded he would be at our home within a couple of hours. He immediately diagnosed the issue and had us repaired. I then requested service on our shower valve. We had the same quick repair and help from a great plumber. They are amazing and I plan to renew. Very happy with their service and could not recommend them higher. I told our realtor that her firm should only use IBEX.

Kudos to Chad Holmes with Ibex. One of my clients recently closed on a home and like clockwork, their water heater broke after move in. The home warranty provider my client initially chose was unable to fix the water heater issue. After calling Chad, he stepped right in even though we were transferring the warranty over to Ibex from another company. Did I mention he sent a plumber out within hours of me contacting him?

I have a homebuyer that recorded on their purchase and received their keys yesterday late afternoon.. At 11:00 pm last night, Chad Holmes at Ibex emailed me to thank me for sending them my client and their business. Overnight, the a/c stops working.
My buyer sends me a text at 1:18 pm today, to tell me the A/C was not working. After a quick discussion with him, I have a quick discussion with the listing agent, and at 1:27 pm I reply to Chad's email from the night before, letting him know there is an issue. 2 minutes later, Chad replies to confirm the address, and 12 minutes after that, Chad let's me know a claim has been opened and that my buyer should receive a call from an HVAC company to schedule service. At 4:57 pm, I receive a text from my buyer that their A/C is fixed. 3.5 hours on the nose, from the time I notified Chad to the time the A/C is fixed. THAT is why I trust Ibex.
